We’re all just looking for that makeup that’s the perfect color and consistency for our skin, lasts all day and doesn’t break the bank. Unfortunately, finding those things takes a lot of trial and error.
I’ve definitely gone through phases in my life. Only wearing the most expensive make up to trying all drugstore makeups. But it’s actually a mix of the two that I’ve found work best. Some things just aren’t worth the splurge, and others really are. Here’s my list!
SPLURGE:
LIQUID FOUNDATION//LIPSTICK//PERFUME// EYE BROW PENCIL//SETTING SPRAY
SAVE
MASCARA//EYELINER//POWDER FOUNDATION//UNDER EYE CONCEALER//LIP LINER
SOMEWHERE IN BETWEEN:
BRUSHES// BLUSH OR BRONZER. I use this Anastasia bronzer, but I’ve found blushes for less that I also like.
All of that being said, once in a while I like to splurge on some items I usually save on! If I mix up my mascara I like Dior Show. I also recently tried this foundation from Nyx (a save!) and I loved it.
