Biggg eggs benny and mimosa girl here. That means I live for Easter, Easter brunch more specifically. It really is my favorite holiday.
While I love to give my drinks a fun name (See “I’d rather be on the beach sangria”), the truth is, this punch can be whipped up for any occasion.
But since Easter is right around the corner, today we’re calling it the Easter Brunch Punch.
Best thing about this punch? You can keep your grocery list small!
Here’s what you’ll need:
A bottle of Champagne
1 container of rasberry sherbet
A two liter of ginger ale
Feel free to add some peeps or fresh raspberries to dress it up.
Start with Sherbet, add about 3/4 of the container into the bowl. I like to use a large punch bowl like this one. (Ladle from Target)
Next pour in a whole bottle of Champagne and top with ginger ale.
Stir all ingredients and chill before serving.
I added festive peeps on top for easter.
Note: This recipe can easily be tweaked for stronger/sweeter concoction by adding more Champagne or more sherbet 🙂
Do you have a holiday punch or go-to drink? Tell me below. If not you can use this one! <3

Oh my gosh this drink sounds so good! But also like a dangerous hangover with all that sugar, lol! I love how you dressed it up with peeps. That’s seriously so cute. I just pinned this post and will definitely be trying this in the future!
Miles of smiles,
